Jazzercise is a high intensity fitness program that gets results… fast. It’s a calorie-torching, hip-shaking dance party with a Top 40 playlist to distract you from the burn.

JOURNEY PILATES

Journey Pilates Mat is a mat-floor based class focusing on principles of Stott Pilates.  The program is designed to improve overall physical strength, flexibility, and posture.  This 50-minute class is for beginners to intermediate students.  A personal assessment is required before attending your first group class to address proper form, technique and breathing.

JOURNEY BARRE

Journey Barre is a 50-minute class incorporating Ballet, Pilates, strength and flexibility.  You will be challenged with the high-intensity, low-impact format designed to bring awareness to both mind and body while focusing on form and technique.

JOURNEY STRETCH

Journey Stretch is a 50- minute class designed to improve flexibility and range of motion along with increased muscle control and balance.  Stretching allows the mind to relax, reduces stress, increases the blood flow to your muscles, improves your physical activity performance along with many other benefits. This class will have you re-focused and re-charged ready to conquer your day or night.

JOURNEY BOOT CAMP

Get lean with our Journey Boot Camp old school style.  This high intensity class brings back all the basics and is designed to work the upper and lower body as well as the core.  These 60-minute classes target every muscle group with little or no equipment and a whole lot of sweat.

JOURNEY BREAST UP

This 50-minute class is specifically for women who have battled breast cancer, those undergoing treatment and/or surgery.  Boost your energy level, maintain a healthy weight and more at this low impact class while focusing on regaining strength, muscle toning and flexibility.  Surround yourself with others in a safe and healthy environment who have experienced the same challenges. A one on one assessment is required before attending any Breast Up class.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Journey Personal Training is one on one instruction with one of our Certified Personal Trainers.  All personal training sessions begin with a client assessment along with a nutrition evaluation.  Our Personal Trainers motivate you to reach and obtain your goals while providing you the tools to live a healthy lifestyle.  Sessions are by appointment only and 30-minute, 45-minute and 60-minute sessions are available.

PERSONAL TRAINING IN-HOME

Our In-Home Personal Training meets you right where you are.  No matter what is keeping you from the studio, your workout can be accomplished.  Whether it’s time, caring for loved ones, injuries or certain illnesses, Journey Fitness Studio has a Certified Personal Trainer ready to get your sweat on in one of our In-Home Training Sessions.  Sessions are by appointment only and 45-minute and 60-minute sessions are available.

JOURNEY KIDS

Journey Kids is a fitness program designed for children ages 6-12/12 and up offering low-impact cardio fitness, strength, stretch and nutrition.  This 60-minute class will teach children the importance of fitness, how to exercise, and what fuels their bodies each day to perform at their best.  All fitness levels are welcome.  Parents drop-off.

JOURNEY silver fox stretch

Calling all men 60 years and older – this class is for you only!  This 50-minute stretch class will work on posture, flexibility and balance from standing, to sitting, to confidently going on the mat (floor) and back up again.  Inner core work will help improve all areas of activity.  Light hand weights and resistance bands will be used periodically.
